Community Academic Counselling Consultant
A counselling consultancy site on a custom domain, with built-in enquiry capture and a private inbox.
Problem
The consultancy was losing enquiries across scattered channels and had no single place to review them.
Approach
Built enquiry capture directly into the site, with submissions persisted server-side rather than fired off into an inbox and forgotten.
Added a private message page, gated behind a password and not linked from anywhere in the public navigation, so staff review enquiries without a separate admin system.
Deployed to a custom domain at cacconsultant.com.
