Problem

Publishing every day is a different engineering problem from publishing occasionally — the editorial path has to be fast enough that nobody avoids using it.

Approach

  1. Sanity-backed editorial workflow so stories are written, previewed and published without a code change.

  2. Structured content model separating story, category and media, so the front end can be rearranged without re-entering anything.

  3. Incremental revalidation so new stories appear quickly while pages stay static and fast.
