Youth Evolution Foundation
A public website for an NGO, with a content workflow its coordinators run themselves.
Problem
The organisation needed a public presence it could keep current without paying a developer for every programme update or event announcement.
Approach
Built on Next.js with Sanity as the content layer, so staff publish and edit without touching code or waiting on a deploy.
Content modelled around how the organisation actually works — programmes, events and updates — rather than around generic page types.
Deployed on Vercel with a handover walkthrough so the team is genuinely independent.
